Green Oaxacan is probably one of the oldest dent corn varieties that we have in our collection. These corn stalks typically reach 2 meters tall and produce ears that are 17 to 25 cm in length. Highly productive, it comes directly from Mexico. This variety is the corn used by the Zapotec people when making the regional favorite, green-flour tamales.
