Mung beans are a very quick growing sprout, ready to eat in a matter of days. Sweet and crunchy, with a distinctive mild bean flavour, these sprouts are loved by all.

Most commonly used in Asian cooking, in salads, on sandwiches or just thrown into a stir-fry, Mung beans are the simplest and easiest sprouts to grow and use.

High in Protein (>20%), Amino Acids, Vitamins A, B, C, E and minerals Calcium, Iron, magnesium and potassium as well as over 7% in various dietary fibres.
